Chef Nguyen began his culinary journey at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel in 2010, driven by an unwavering passion for the culinary arts. Through relentless dedication and remarkable skill, he has risen through the ranks to become the esteemed Chef de Cuisine at Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill — the hotel’s premier fine-dining restaurant, proudly awarded one Michelin star in 2025.
